AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 263 --
Serie� 1961-62 in Reclassification No. 61-62-69 , re-
commending an amendment to Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code
and a change or changes in the boundaries of the zone or zones
hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a public
hearing thereon in the manner and as prescribed in said Title 18
of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider such proposed change
or changes of zone or zones, and after having received evidence
and reports from persons interested therein; and
WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission did make find-
ings and summaries of its hearing and did recommend a change or
changes of zone or zones as set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of
findings, summary of evidence and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission, the City Clerk did fix the 27th day of
March , 1962 , as the time, and the Council Chamber in
the City Hall—of tFE C ty of Anaheim as the place, for a public
hearing upon said proposed amendment to Title 18 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code and said change or changes of zone or zones, and
did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hear-
ing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity
to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did there-
upon consider the recommendation of the City Planning Commission,
and did adopt Resolution(s) No.(s) 62R-335 and 66R-634
finding and determining that Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal
Code should be amended and that a change or changes in the bound-
aries of said zone or zones should be made as set forth in said
resolution(s); and
WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution(s)62R-335 and
66R-634 , certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes
of said zone or zones; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been complied with as to the property
hereinafter described and as provided in Resolution Nos. 62R-335 and
66R-634. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the bound-
aries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit:
That portion of lots 17 and 18 in block "K" of the Kraemer
Tract, in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, as per map recorded in Book 12, pages 27 and
28 of Miscellaneous Records,, in the office of the County
Recorder of Los Angeles County, California, described as
follows:
Beginning at the northwesterly corner of the east half of
the south half of the east half of said lot 17; thence
North 73° 07' 45" East 330.03 feet along the northwesterly
line of said south half to the westerly line of said lot
18; thence North 16° 49' 47" West 0.20 feet along said
westerly line to a point North 16° 49' 47" West 1320.99
feet from the southwesterly corner of said lot 18; thence
North 730 10' 13" East 280.00 feet to the easterly line of
the westerly 280.00 feet of said lot 18; thence South 160
49' 47" East 571.38 feet along said easterly line; thence
South 73° 09' 08" West 609.93 feet to the southwesterly
line of said south half; thence North 16° 50' 22" West
571.13 feet to the point of beginning.
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and
incorporated in M-1, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE, upon the following
condition:
That all plans for development of the property
shall be submitted to and approved by the Architectural Control
Committee on the basis of compatibility of development, both
structurally and architecturally.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me

Anaheim held on the 21st day of February, 1967, and that the same
was duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council
held on the 28th day of February, 19679 by the following vote of the
members thereof:

and Krein
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2362 on the 28th day
of February, 1967.
